MISSION
The objective of Melior is to get all companies to work with a correct methodology and in which workers feel aligned with the philosophy of work and are happier
carrying out their work.

VISION
Our vision defines the goals we want to achieve both short and long term so that our partners can also achieve theirs:
- “Photo start” and photo finish: we like to know how processes were understood and carried out until our arrival and work together
to design a methodology that leads to success and has the desired photo finish.

- Measurement of KPI’s: we seek to increase performances and be able to demonstrate it. We want the measurement of results to become a challenge to be
overcome on a monthly basis and not to be an obstacle... If we are the best we have to prove it.
